These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimers, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company pertaining to the Website and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings between us. Any waiver by us of a breach of or right under these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any other or subsequent breach or right. No waiver shall be binding unless executed in writing by the Company.

GOVERNING LAW; JURISDICTION; MEDIATION

These Terms, including with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimers shall be construed in accordance with, and governed by, the laws of the State of North Dakota, and the courts of North Dakota shall have jurisdiction to hear and determine any dispute arising in relation to these Terms. You agree that any proceeding relating to use of this site must be filed exclusively in the appropriate courts located in North Dakota and you submit to the jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection based on an inconvenient forum or other reasons.

The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms by mediation. The parties further agree that their respective good faith participation in mediation is a condition precedent to pursuing any other available legal or equitable remedy, including litigation, arbitration, or other dispute resolution procedures.

All programs and 1:1 packages: I hope that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. I greatly appreciate your business. However, due to the nature of these courses and services, no refunds will be issued, no matter the point in the process.

Coaching Packages: I do not offer refunds or cancellations. However, due to the nature of these courses and services, no refunds will be issued, no matter the point in the process. It is the client’s responsibility to adhere to the client terms and conditions.

Information products/eCourses: Because all courses and curriculum are accessible and downloadable immediately after purchase, I do not offer refunds or cancellations.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. This includes: free offers, programs, mailing lists, and all social platform groups should you not comply with our terms and conditions.

Payment plans: Completion of payment plan is required within the time limit agreed upon. Payment plans will not extend past the agreed duration of time. You are responsible for updating your payment information to stay current with your plan. Failure to make your agreed payment will result in further legal action. When a payment fails you will receive an email from our payment processor alerting you of the occurrence. A member from my team will also be emailing you from FinanceTeam@traveltalk.today asking you to update your card details. If we do not receive a response and/or the next payment fails again we will attempt to message you via social media messaging as we are aware that emails can get lost or put in the wrong folder. If that is unsuccessful, I will tag you in the Facebook group, if you are a student, asking you to check your email/DM’s. I will not state what it is regarding.

The Confident Coach Club:

The Confident Coach club is a membership for paid club members only. You can cancel your membership at any time. For monthly subscribers - your membership will term immediately. No refunds. No exceptions.

Stand Out Coaching Academy

Stand Out Coaching Academy and all other programs offered and sold by TravelToday.Lve, LLC is NOT a membership plan. You agree to pay the full price or an agreed payment plan. No refunds will be issued, no matter the point in process.

Payment failure: It is your responsibility to maintain updated card information so your payments are made at the appropriate and agreed time. Card failure will result in email reminders from our payment processor. If your card is not updated after three consecutive reminders and no communication between you and TravelToday.Lve, LLC you will lose all access to any purchased content, future added content, and any and all bonus material that has been given to you without warning. You will also lose access to any online community associated with your enrollment. You will also not be able to purchase anything from traveltalk.today in the future. Failure to make your agreed payment will result in further legal action.

All Other Digital Products (courses, workbooks, masterclasses (live and recorded): Because all courses and curriculum are accessible and downloadable immediately after purchase, I do not offer refunds or cancellations.
